FAQ

When do the tours operate?

  • Our tours are operating from Sunday to Saturday every week, weather permitting. Both the shared and private tours will depart from the marina at 10:30AM and last 3 hours. Mid day tours operate from 2PM to 5PM. Our overnight stay package offers check-in anytime on or after 5:30PM and checkout before or at 9:30AM.

What is the cancellation policy?

  • We require a 72 hour cancellation notice in order to refund your deposit. If the weather does not permit us to go out, we will do our best to reschedule your tour during your stay in Cabo or reimburse you 100% of your deposit.

Is there an age limit?

  • Riders need to be at least four years of age for day tours. There is no age limit on overnight stays.

We can’t make it during the times available. Can we schedule a tour for another time?

  • If your party is not available to depart at our scheduled times, reach out to us at anchorsawaycabo@gmail.com with a special request about your inquired time and we will do our best to accommodate you. Note: This option is only available for private charter bookings.

    • What food is served and when is going to be served to us?

  • We offer separate platters for each party which include guacamole and salsa with chips, assorted sliced fruit, and turkey and ham sandwiches. If you have any food allergies we need to be aware of, please reach out to us at anchorsawaycabo@gmail.com with your food allergy, booking number, name, and the date and time of your tour.
